SZN
Born in 2001.
Studied fashion design while in school and received numerous awards in design competitions. Began creating artwork seriously during the second year of high school. In November 2025, held the second solo exhibition, 25hour, at Space Ants in South Korea, running for approximately two weeks. Has also participated in various exhibitions and editorial shoots, while working as the Creative Director of Andromeda.
1. What song instantly lifts your mood?
Mayonaka no Machiawase – Hello Sleepwalkers
This is probably relatable, but I can still sing almost every anime opening and ending I’ve ever watched, whether Japanese or international. Laughs.
When I was in elementary and middle school, I was obsessed with manga, anime, and light novels, so songs that bring back those old memories always put me in a great mood.
2. What song would you like playing during a photoshoot/
FORGIVE&FORGET – RUBII
I usually don’t play music because I’m constantly talking with the people I’m shooting. But I love it when the model or someone else on set puts on music they like or whatever fits the mood. That atmosphere always gets me excited.

Time – Hikaru Utada
4. A song that reminds you of your hometown?
A Perfect Sky – BONNIE PINK
When I was in elementary school, my cousin—who’s the same age as me—used to sing a ridiculous parody version of this song. It made me laugh so hard I could barely breathe every single time. Whenever I hear it now, I can’t help but smile. My parents also loved this song, so it was always playing in the car. It brings back memories of my hometown’s scenery.
5. What song feels the most like you?
Yokushitsu – Ringo Sheena
Ringo Sheena once described this song in an interview as being “less about romance than about the desire to live itself.” I relate to that a lot. I often feel like I’m simply and stubbornly driven by whatever I deeply long for. Somehow, the sound of the song also feels very “me.”
6. What song gives you energy?
JUMPER – capsule
It just makes you want to bang your head. I also love the music video.
7. If you had to describe your personality with a song, what would it be?

8. What do you listen to when you’re close to burning out?
Shun – Ringo Sheena
Another Ringo Sheena song… This one makes everything in front of me feel like it’s covered in a soft pink light—maybe because of the music video. It always leaves me feeling warm and comforted.
9. What’s something you always find yourself listening to?
FJAAK – Boiler Room Tbilisi Live Set (2017)
Not exactly a song, but I constantly go back to this set. The flow of the tracks, the chemistry between the three of them, the fashion, the atmosphere of the venue—everything is perfect. I’ve listened to it so many times that I’ve practically memorized the whole DJ set.
10. What’s a song you’re glad a friend introduced you to?
Renai Monster – Morning Musume
A friend told me, “This song is so you.” Laughs.
It made me realize that’s probably how she sees me. Setting the romance aside, I remember thinking… honestly, she’s kind of right.
11. Is there a photoshoot that has stayed with you?
Every shoot with Mana feels like we’re throwing ourselves into it with everything we’ve got, but the one that stands out the most is the very first shoot we did on the beach. I can’t believe it’s already been almost two years.
As for my personal work, I’d say the shoot I did three years ago with my best friend in Gifu. We photographed the streets I used to walk to elementary school and the places where I spent my childhood playing. Those locations made it especially meaningful.
